Welcome to the home website of the Malta United Society of Windsor. As our name shows, our organization is based in the city of Windsor and it is the sole cultural center for the Maltese residing in the county of Essex, Ontario Canada.
Originally formed as a fraternity comprised exclusively of Maltese descents, today our membership is open and appropriately includes members who are not indigenous to Malta but are most assuredly supportive and allied to our cause.
As is the case with all the other Maltese brotherhoods worldwide, our primary role is to provide a way for Maltese descendents to be anchored with and retain their inherent cultural nature. We are also a regional resource of information for our members as well as the general public. Several times throughout the year we schedule traditional Maltese dinners for our members and their friends to enjoy.
This site is intended to be a means by which we can introduce our society worldwide and thereby showcase our achievements and share our documented history.
